Cheniere was presented with the Outstanding Contribution Award at the recently held World LNG Summit and Awards in Istanbul, in recognition of the company’s achievements in project development and execution, and commercial strategy.
“We are honored to win the Outstanding Contribution Award for accomplishments across our platform in 2025,” Cheniere Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Anatol Feygin said. “This award reflects the confidence and value the LNG industry places on Cheniere’s continued execution excellence and is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our global workforce.”
The leading producer of U.S. LNG, Cheniere made significant progress in its disciplined growth strategy in 2025.
The latter included achieving substantial completion of the first three trains of the Corpus Christi Liquefaction Stage 3 Project on budget and ahead of schedule, as well as reaching a final investment decision on its Corpus Christi Liquefaction Midscale Trains 8 & 9 and Debottlenecking Project in June.
Cheniere also signed a long-term sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Japan’s JERA and an integrated production marketing (IPM) gas-supply agreement with Canadian Natural Resources in 2025.
The annual World LNG Summit & Awards brings together global decision-makers and industry leaders from across the LNG value chain to discuss and address key trends shaping the future of energy. More than 1,000 participants representing 50 countries and 500 companies attended.
Cheniere hosted the World LNG Awards Evening, which recognized companies and individuals who have contributed to the development and future of the LNG industry through commercial or technological innovation.
