As we continue to grow, our philosophy remains rooted in attracting and retaining the best and brightest talent based on performance, skills and experience. We recognize that excellence thrives in a culture of inclusion, where individuals from all backgrounds and perspectives have equal opportunities to succeed.

We actively manage and assess organizational health to gain valuable insights into employees’ experiences, workplace satisfaction levels and feelings of engagement and inclusion within the company. A sense of community, networking, mentorship volunteer opportunities and learning experiences are provided through employee resource groups (ERGs) supported by the organization.

Employees are encouraged to express their thoughts through multiple feedback channels, including direct conversations with management and HR business partners, engagement surveys, town halls and hotlines.

Led by our Chief Human Resources Officer, our senior leadership actively engages in these efforts, which are applicable globally. Executives meet regularly to assess plans, analyze data, ensure legality, offer guidance and ensure accountability from the top down. These efforts are reported to our Board of Directors quarterly.

Our commitment to building an inclusive workplace — regardless of background, race, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, beliefs, religion, sexual orientation, nationality or gender/gender identity — is reflected in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and anti-discrimination policies. Among other things, these prohibit discrimination and harassment and reflect our dedication to a professional working environment that is consistent with our TRAINS values of teamwork and respect. In our pursuit of continuous improvement, all Cheniere employees undergo annual training on discrimination and harassment prevention.
