FAQs

Cheniere interns can expect to receive hands-on training, gain real-world experience, grow their professional network and expand their knowledge of energy/LNG as part of their experience. When our interns leave Cheniere, we hope they take with them unique experiences from work-related projects, a deeper understanding of LNG and the positive impact we enable, and finally, a sense of accomplishment.

Typically 12 weeks in the summer.

We have internship opportunities available across our U.S. locations, including Houston, Cameron, La., Gregory, Texas and Washington D.C. We also offer a housing lump-sum allowance for those who qualify based on distance from work location.

We offer a variety of internships across our organization and geographical footprint. Each year we aim to have approximately 30 interns working in Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Finance & Treasury, Commercial, IT, Supply Chain, Human Resources and other functions. We assess opportunities for the intern program each year based on business needs, and new openings are frequently added.

All of our intern positions are paid competitively for the energy industry.

At Cheniere, we are looking for hard-working, motivated students who are passionate about learning and eager to gain valuable, hands-on experience in the LNG industry.
