Collaboration and a commitment to continuous learning are central to how we operate. We work to facilitate cross-functional teams, break down silos and share information to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

We took several steps to foster internal collaboration, including:

  • Launching a peer-to-peer review and assistance program in which operators from our Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi liquefaction facilities visited each other’s sites to share best practices and lessons learned, with a focus on driving enterprise wide Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
  • Establishing Cheniere Integrated Management System (CIMS) Communities of Practice, which brings teams from various departments and locations together to explore insights and best practices to ensure successful implementation of CIMS initiatives. CIMS is a common set of standards, procedures and guidelines created to streamline the way we work, to provide consistency in executing our strategy and to establish ownership and accountability by integrating expectations and management systems across the enterprise.
  • Kicking off the Emerging Professionals Network passports” program to give junior employees exposure to the full scope of our operations. More than 30 Houston-based employees traveled to our Sabine Pass liquefication facility for a full day of immersive learning and knowledge sharing that included networking with our leadership team and an LNG virtual reality simulation.
