Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) and Sabine Pass Liquefaction (SPL) recently helped their communities get back-to-school ready by donating supplies for students, serving meals for teachers and contributing $40,000 to local schools.
At SPL, employees served meals to more than 300 teachers on in-service day, a non-instructional day for teachers where they participate in professional development and training. Cheniere also contributed $25,000 to Johnson Bayou High School and $15,000 to South Beauregard Parish Public Schools to support classroom needs and school program enhancements.
At CCL, the company and employees donated more than 100 backpacks and other school supplies to Ingleside Independent School District.
Cheniere is dedicated to supporting the communities where their employees work and live. Today’s students are tomorrow’s leaders.
