Sabine Pass Pipeline

Construction is in progress for a 16-mile pipeline originating at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal and expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2007. This pipeline will commence at the proposed Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. LNG import terminal near Sabine Lake in Cameron Parish, Louisiana and will run eastward along a corridor that will allow for interconnection points with interstate and intrastate natural gas transmission pipelines in South Louisiana, including Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Corporation, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, Florida Gas Transmission Company, and Bridgeline Holdings, L.P.

Additional interconnects will be determined by customer interest and market demand.
