Nabil Arwadi, Vice President, Projects. Mr. Arwadi has 22 years of intensive and broad experience in national and international oil and gas projects. Lead the successful delivery of multiple large Pipeline projects in the US onshore and Golf of Mexico. Specialized in project management, business and contract development. Previous responsibilities ranged from initial business development to financing negotiations with international banks, final contract closing and project execution. Duties included coordination of all client and governmental permitting, procurement, detail design and daily project operations.
William H. (Bill) Hall, Vice President, Pipeline Operations. Mr. Hall has over 34 years of experience in construction and operations of onshore and offshore natural gas pipeline systems. Prior to joining Cheniere in August 2006, he was Division Director for ANR Pipeline Company, a subsidiary of El Paso Corporation. In that capacity he was responsible for overall management of approximately 5,000 miles of pipe and 26 compressor stations encompassing 300,000 horsepower across 10 mid-western states. Mr. Hall experience includes management responsibility in the areas of technical services, offshore construction, plant operations and major pipeline system startups and operation. He served as technical and operations committee representative for High Island Offshore System partnership, managing a large Gulf of Mexico compressor complex, pipeline system, onshore liquid handling facility and gas dehydration plant. In his role as Operations Construction Manager he was responsible for development of the operating and commissioning plan for Gulfstream Natural Gas Pipeline, a pipeline system extending from Alabama and Mississippi, across the Gulf of Mexico to central Florida.
Randy Parr, Vice President, Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Parr has over 25 years of experience in the interstate natural gas pipeline segment of the energy industry. Prior to joining Cheniere in January 2004, he served as General Manager, Market Development for Panhandle Energy's Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company and Trunkline Gas Company. Panhandle Energy, now a Southern Union company, also owns and operates the Trunkline LNG receiving terminal in Lake Charles, Louisiana. In that capacity, Mr. Parr was responsible for all activities related to business and commercial development associated with attachment of new markets, and expansion of business with current customers for Panhandle Energy. Mr. Parr received his B.S. in accounting from Panhandle State University in Oklahoma.
E. W. (Whit) Scott III, Vice President, Pipeline Commercial Operations for Cheniere Energy’s Creole Trail and Corpus Christi Pipelines. Mr. Scott has over 25 years of facility planning, project development, commercial operations and software development experience in the interstate natural gas pipeline business. He currently manages day-to-day commercial and regulatory activities, as well as system and rate designs for Cheniere’s pipeline developments and expansions. Since joining Cheniere in March, 2006 he has led the functional development of Cheniere Pipeline’s transaction management, informational posting, SCADA and Gas Control simulator based training systems. Prior to joining Cheniere he served as Director, Market Services, for Panhandle Energy's Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, Trunkline Gas Company and Trunkline LNG units overseeing customer services, capacity optimization, revenue and load forecasting, operational planning and related IT development. Mr. Scott received B.S. degrees in Petroleum and Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and attended the University of Michigan's executive education program studying Finance for Strategic Decision Making.
