The Creole Trail Pipeline, of which 94 miles is currently under construction, will interconnect with Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Corporation, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, Florida Gas Transmission Company, Bridgeline Holdings, L.P., Texas Eastern Gas Transmission, and Trunkline Gas Company for its initial phase. These facilities being constructed during this initial phase are expected to be operational at various times between the fourth quarter 2007 and the second quarter 2008.
As certificated, Creole Trail Pipeline is expected to interconnect with interstate and intrastate pipelines believed to be capable of transporting approximately 14 Bcf/d. Additional interconnects will be determined by customer interest and market demand.
