Mark Stubbe, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Trading. Mr. Stubbe has more than 25 years of experience in the oil, natural gas and energy industry. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Stubbe served as Executive Vice President, Dynegy Inc., managing natural gas supply activities and telecommunications business. Previous assignments include: President, Dynegy Connect Telecommunications, President, Dynegy Gas Liquids and Senior Vice President, Power and Natural Gas Origination. While at Chevron, Mr. Stubbe held various senior positions in Production, Marine and Finance organizations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Mr. Stubbe previously served on the Management Boards of Nicor Energy LLC, South Star Energy LLC and Dynegy Connect and is a past Officer of the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) and former Board Member of the World LP Gas Association. He holds a BA from The University of the Pacific, Stockton California.

Drew C. Lynch, Senior Vice President, Business Operations. Mr. Lynch has over 25 years of diversified experience in the energy and global metals markets. Prior to joining Cheniere in 2006, Mr. Lynch was involved in a number of senior commercial, control, and administrative roles both here and internationally. Mr. Lynch worked for Enron Corporation from 1990 through 2005 in the USA, Canada, and Europe trading and operations areas, including Chief Operating Officer of Enron Metals in Europe. Prior to Enron, Mr. Lynch was employed by BP America during the period of 1985 through 1990 in leadership financial and control roles in the Gas Marketing and Lower 48 E&P operations segments. Prior to joining BP America, Mr. Lynch worked in the exploration and production business at Chevron USA and a local independent operator. He holds a Bachelor in Business Finance and a MBA.

Renato Pereira, Vice President, Origination. Mr. Pereira has over 25 years of experience in the North American energy industry, first as an engineer in the petrochemical industry, then in the regulated natural gas pipeline industry and finally in the deregulated trading and marketing business. Previously at Transco and Entergy/Koch, Mr. Pereira led the development of $2 billion of regulated pipeline facilities adding in excess of 2 Bcf/d of capacity to the US grid. Mr. Pereira also successfully developed joint ventures to build two new major U.S. pipelines. As President of Gulf South Pipeline, he directed an interstate pipeline with over 10,000 miles of pipe and 600 employees. Mr. Pereira holds a Bachelors' in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.

International Supply Origination

Chris Swann, Managing Director, Cheniere International (UK Branch). Chris is responsible for managing the London Branch of Cheniere International which is responsile for sourcing and trading LNG cargoes for Cheniere as well as managing the day to day operations of the two vessels on charter. Chris holds an MBA from Cape Town University, South Africa and a Diploma in Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines, Cornwall, UK. Prior to joining Cheniere in September 2007, he worked for more than 10 years at Suez, in various roles including Executive Vice President Shipping & Operations. Chris was a representative member at Atlantic LNG and has managed the negotiation of long and short term time charters, spot LNG purchases and sales (to USA, Europe and the Far East) and was part of the negotiating team for two long term SPA's for LNG purchase.

François Guilhamon, Vice President, Cheniere LNG Services. Mr Guilhamon is responsible for sourcing and trading LNG cargoes for Cheniere. He has more than 25 years experience in the natural gas and coal industry, mainly in the areas of business development and gas procurement with a broad international background in Europe and Canada. Prior to joining Cheniere, he worked over 16 years with Gaz de France (GdF), in various assignments from managing the Russian gas supplies, as well as project management, including the LNG projects at Setubal (Portugal) and Krk (Croatia), acquisitions of pipeline companies (SPP in Slovakia), development of greenfield projects (Nabucco and Medgaz pipelines). From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Guilhamon was assigned in Montreal as Deputy Manager for Sales and development of Gaz Metro, the Quebec gas utility and affiliate of GdF. He served on the Board of Directors of Novergaz in Canada (gas trading/marketing, projects), Medgaz (in Spain), Fragaz (a JV between Gazprom and GdF). Mr Guilhamon holds an MBA from the IEP in Paris, and a law degree from the Paris University.

Ramzi Mroueh – Vice President, Origination, Cheniere International (UK Branch). Mr Mroueh is responsible for sourcing and trading LNG cargoes for Cheniere. Prior to joining Cheniere in November 2007, he worked at Shell for more than 5 years, starting in London and then moving to Dubai in 2004 to set up the LNG supply office there. He contributed to a number of long-term LNG Supply deals, and was involved in the development of regasification terminals. He was also very active in short term optimizations and cargo diversions. Prior to joining Shell, Ramzi worked for Schlumberger in seismic exploration in North and South America. Ramzi holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut, and has an MBA from the London Business School.

Nicolas Zanen – Vice President, Trading, Cheniere International (UK Branch). Mr Zanen is responsible for sourcing and trading LNG cargoes for Cheniere. Prior to joining Cheniere in September 2007, he worked for more than 6 years at Suez, in various roles including Shipping & Operations Manager before serving most recently as Trading Manager in charge of global spot and short-term LNG trading for Suez Global LNG. He contributed to establishing Suez Global LNG as an active player on the LNG spot market and to developing its presence in Asia through various cargo diversions to the Far East. He was also actively involved in LNG shipping for Suez’s new LNG projects, which includes the conclusion of time charters for 3 new builds for the supply from the Yemen LNG. Nicolas holds a degree in Economics from the University of Brussels (ULB) and is a Certified Financial Analyst (from the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies).

Transportation

Patrick A. Yeater, President, LNG Transportation. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Yeater was employed by Virginia Indonesia Company (VICO) as corporate controller. Mr. Yeater also spent 8 years at VICO's Jakarta Indonesia offices as Director of LNG Marketing and General Manager of LNG Transportation. Mr. Yeater received a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University and became a CPA in 1981.
